2. Services We Provide We offer creative services including, but not limited to:
Visual identity design

Video content production (where applicable)

The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each project are confirmed in a written proposal and contract agreed before work begins.
3. Your Responsibilities as a Client To help us deliver the best results for you, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your project
Supply required copy, content, and materials in a timely manner
Give clear, considered feedback within agreed timeframes
Avoid sharing sensitive personal or confidential information via website forms or unsecured channels
Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines. We will always communicate clearly if this becomes an issue.
4. No Marketing or Financial Advice We may share general opinions during our collaboration, but we do not provide marketing, legal, financial, or business advisory services. Any suggestions made during a project are not professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership of deliverables is confirmed in your individual contract. As a general guide:
Full copyright for visual identity work transfers to you upon receipt of final payment.
Surface pattern designs may be licensed to you or fully transferred, depending on your agreement.
Video and static content is owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
We retain the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not formally register copyright on your behalf.
6. Payments Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cash, or Ziina payment link. We do not directly process or store your credit or debit card details. When you pay via a Ziina payment link, your payment is processed securely by Ziina Payment LLC, which is licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE (Licence No. 1112672) and uses PCI-DSS-certified technology. All payment schedules, deposit requirements, and refund terms are confirmed in your individual project contract.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
We are not responsible for your business performance, revenue outcomes, or the actions of third parties.
We are not liable for how you choose to use or share our deliverables.
Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. International Clients We welcome clients from outside the UAE. If you are based internationally, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our deliverables complies with the laws and regulations in your own country.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
1. Information We Collect Via our website (Tilda) Our website is built and hosted on Tilda (tilda.cc). When you submit an enquiry or complete a form, we may collect:
